Scope of this notice

This notice covers website visitors and service enquiries. Contracted client services have separate privacy and contractual arrangements according to their scope. Do not send accounting documents, identification numbers, banking information or sensitive personal data through the general enquiry form.

Information collected

The form requires your name, company, mobile number and email so that we can respond. Service interest, monthly transaction volume and notes are optional. We record consent time, request language and available landing-page, referral and campaign information to manage and attribute enquiries. Operational logs may include technical information needed to run and secure the website and diagnose faults.

Purpose and consent

We use enquiry information to assess your needs, reply and prepare an appropriate proposal, on the basis of the consent recorded when you submit the form. Submission does not subscribe you to marketing. You may withdraw consent through the contact email without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing. Without necessary contact information, we may be unable to follow up. A different purpose requires an appropriate legal basis and any required notice.

Who receives information

Access is provided to authorized personnel and service providers needed to manage enquiries, email and website operations. The website uses Odoo to manage enquiries and Google services for email. Enquiry data is not published on public website pages. Disclosure to competent authorities may be required by law.

Hosting and processing outside Saudi Arabia

Website and email operations rely on international service providers. Storage, backups or technical support may involve processing or access outside Saudi Arabia. Use of this website does not mean that all information is stored within Saudi Arabia. Contact us for information about processors, processing locations and relevant safeguards. Retention and deletion

We retain enquiry information only as necessary for its purpose, subject to applicable legal obligations or ongoing disputes. The need to retain closed enquiries is reviewed monthly. Information whose purpose has ended is deleted without delay or irreversibly anonymized unless there is a lawful reason to retain it. Backup cycles are considered when carrying out deletion. This notice does not imply a fixed retention period or an automated deletion process triggered by submission.

You may request information about processing, access, a readable copy, correction, completion or updating, deletion, or withdrawal of consent where applicable.
